Structural
Welded steel chassis executed to EN 1090, to the execution class the structural design requires. Designed for road, sea and rail; seismic and wind rated for every climate we ship to.
Envolvente
80 mm PU/PIR sandwich panels, EI-30 fire rated, with thermal bridge-free details and −25 °C to +45 °C operating range.
MEP
Electrical, HVAC, medical gas, water and data — all routed, terminated, and commissioned before the unit leaves the factory.
Fit-out
Flooring, casework, joinery and equipment installed in parallel with the shell. No trades waiting on trades.
Transporte
Self-loading trailers, flat-rack containers and roll-on/roll-off — documented, permitted, and convoyed by our logistics team.
