We chose to own our factory. That is why our dates are real.

Every square metre you see on-site was built here: structural steel cut, welded and galvanised on the same campus as the panels, MEP, casework and final fit-out. Nothing leaves until it is commissioned.

THE LINE

From plate to pallet.

Eight sequential bays, each sized for batches of 12 units in parallel. No sub-assemblies ship out for finishing — what enters bay 01 leaves bay 08 as a fully commissioned unit.

Steel preparation

CNC plasma cutting, drilling, deburring. EN 10025 plate in, machined chassis parts out.

Welding & assembly

Welding stations certified to EN 1090 (robotic and manual), capable of executing any class required by the project specification. Full NDT regime applied to every chassis in line with the assigned execution class.

Surface treatment

Sand blast SA 2.5, zinc primer, epoxy intermediate, polyurethane top coat. 240 µm total DFT.

Panel press

PU / PIR foam-in-place sandwich panels, in-house. Thickness from 40 to 150 mm.

MEP & first fix

Electrical harnessing, HVAC ducting, plumbing, medical gas — all routed before skin closure.

Finish & fit-out

Flooring, casework, joinery, lighting, equipment install. Parallel trades, no waiting.

07

FAT & commissioning

Electrical load, HVAC balance, leak test, functional sign-off by client or witness.

08

Logistics

Self-loading trailers, flat-racks, RO-RO. Permits and convoy planning in-house.
