Comprehensive quality requirements for fusion welding. Qualified welders (EN ISO 9606-1) and approved WPS/PQR for every joint class.
European Conformity
Declaration of Performance (DoP) issued per unit under the Construction Products Regulation — mandatory in the EU since July 2014.
Fire Classification
Envelope tested for fire resistance — EI-30 at 80 mm PIR, higher ratings available on request.
Seismic Design
Structural design per Eurocode 8 — ductility class DCM, site-specific response spectrum on request.
Defence Supply
Registered supplier for NATO defence and emergency-response procurement.
Every unit is commissioned twice.
Before a unit leaves our yard we run a full FAT — electrical load, HVAC balance, water leak, functional tests of every fitted system, plus an external audit line walk. The client (or a witness) signs off on paper. On site, we repeat the same protocol as SAT before handover. Two independent records, both filed with the unit.
