All structmod houses are manufactured in Ankara, Turkey — a city with a long tradition of precision manufacturing and a central logistics position for delivery to Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Central Asia. structmod's 54,000 m² production facility operates under EN 1090 structural steel certification with a dedicated quality management system.
The production process covers steel frame fabrication, panel insulation, exterior cladding, window and door installation, interior fit-out (flooring, wall finishes, kitchen, bathroom), electrical wiring, plumbing, and final factory acceptance testing. Every house leaves the factory fully inspected and documented.
Worldwide Delivery — 8 to 14 Weeks
structmod delivers houses worldwide by truck, rail, sea freight or air freight depending on the destination and unit size. Compact models (tiny houses, capsule houses) transport on standard flatbed trucks or ISO flatracks. Larger modular and cabin houses are shipped disassembled on flatbed trailers. Floating houses are road-transported to the waterway or port of choice.
On-site installation is typically 1–7 days depending on the model. structmod provides installation drawings, a site supervision report and remote technical support for all international deliveries. Installation crew services within Turkey are available on request.
