Central drying area with benches and mirror positions supports post-shower towelling and dressing. Hot water is generated by central plant (typical 150-250 L tank capacity with continuous regeneration), with circulation loops maintaining temperature at fixtures. Ventilation extracts moisture from the shower zone (typical 15-20 air changes per hour) preventing mould growth. Greywater treatment includes oil/grit trap, pH adjustment, and optional package STP for compliance discharge — important where direct mains sewer discharge is unavailable.
