structmod Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. (structmod, we) is the data controller for personal data you submit via this website. We process data under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Turkish Law on Protection of Personal Data (KVKK).
What we collect
- Name, company, email, phone and country when you submit an enquiry
- Project brief fields you choose to include
- Standard web-server logs: IP address, user agent, referring URL, pages visited
Why we collect it
- To respond to your enquiry and scope a possible commercial engagement
- To maintain and secure this website
- To comply with export-control and anti-money-laundering obligations
How long we keep it
Enquiry data is kept for 24 months from last contact, then deleted or anonymised. Contractual data is kept for the legal retention period applicable in Türkiye (currently 10 years).
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion or portability of your personal data, and object to or restrict processing. Email dpo@structmod.com.
